Who can defeat EMS Sasuke?

No. Susanoo and amaterasu span owns obito, or makes him run away.

Obito runs through Susanoo and stabs Sasuke.

Rinnegan Obito absorbs Susanoo or crushes it with mokuton spam.

His jins can also demolish it.

But yeah, the ones who can beat him are:

Wrong on the susano'o part, susano'o is hollow and there is a gap between the user and the chakra shell. He dragged a zetsu into the susano'o and it looked like it had more than enough space in there. Plus that's still parcially wrong since the user can come outside of susano"o

Zetsu only got in because Sasuke purposely changed the formation of the chakra of his Susanoo making room for Zetsu.

Sasuke adjusted his Chakra to house Zetsu. This was seen when he housed Itachi as well and when both brothers lost layers when they were low on Chakra. IF Susano'o wasn't directly linked to the Chakra leaking from the body, then losing Chakra wouldn't effect it as it has already been put up.

In the second scan its been changed so the bottom was like opened up, and the chakra is fluttering instead of being still like it was in the first scan. Itachi did the same thing to protect Sasuke from Kabuto, he put him inside the aura of his Susanoo's hand. Also when Sasuke's Final Susanoo is first formed against the Zetsu you see an aura covering his body then Susanoo sprouts form the aura.

That shows that it starts out as an aura and it comes from the aura being expelled from the user's body so there is no gap for anyone else unless one is made. You can see the same thing when Itachi put Sasuke's in his Susanoo's hand.

Featless. You can't judge his power accurately so this is just a baseless assumption. Your reasoning is flawed beyond belief anyway. Tobirama fought plenty of Uchiha, ok so what? Pretty sure he didn't fight an Uchiha with an EMS, Amaterasu mastery and Susanoo.

Amaterasu KOs him. He doesn't need to block Sound Genjutsu when it takes prep which is something you clearly don't understand since you blindly think that Jiraiya can take out people like Itachi and Sasuke with the toads Genjutsu. Magatama or Enton Blade will kill those Toads before they ever dream of finishing the Genjutsu. Jiraiya himself is taken out by Amaterasu.
