That's not countering it, thats evading it. OP asked who can counter it with direct contact. Keep in mind amaterasu takes couple seconds to start spreading.

Danzo can only do it 10 times and that too because of izanagi.
By that logic any uchiha with sharingan and knowledge of izanagi can do it.

Naruto cannot outrun amaterasu now that sasuke have about same speed as naruto. IF BM Naruto starts running, Sasuke starts running as well and that would make it easier for sasuke to target naruto. Once hit by it , naruto cannot extinguish it.
Same logic applies to 3rd/4th raikage .

Attacks like back body blow won't help the hyuuga to get away from amaterasu. IF that was the case, Raikage A would have cancelled his lightning armour and then created it again. Since he didn't do it, it means he knew something like that wont work against amaterasu.
When bee was hurt with amaterasu he could have reverted back to his original body transformation and then throw out a surge of chakra from his body , but he didn't do it because he knew that was not the proper counter.

You missed kakashi.
Both obito and kakashi can counter it via kamui.

Any rinnegan user can counter it, via shinra tensei or pretha path.
Oral rebirth seems to a possible counter too.

Amaterasu is a fodder technique.

It hasn't even killed anybody that isn't fodder.
Literally everybody it gets used against figures out a counter within three minutes or so.
Basically everybody given a name in the anime can probably counter it.

Direct Amaterasu? Oral Rebirth only. Ae's V2 Armour uses Bijuu Level Chakra. He isn't avoiding it for long. The rest get hit without intel.

Amaterasu (enton kagutsuchi is a diferente story) can only be counter by :
speed (raikage level and not gate lee and Might Guy)
hirashin no jutsu
kawarimi no jutsu (oro's sub is better)
use a physical object (for example gaara's sand)
onmyoudon
things that wont work:
chakra (hyuga's kaiten and naruto's chakra cloak) because amaterasu can even burn chakra .
sensing it won't be of any use if your body can't dodge it.

Oro's body practically can't counter/tank it ..it is pretty much same as running away/Evading it....
In Naruto Evading is pretty much equal to countering ..... going by that logic no one but Juubito can Survive it ...

Evading is not equal to countering.

Orochimaru can get out of amaterasu with minimal damage even after getting hit by amaterasu. This is what countering is.
Naruto cannot do anything after he is hit by amaterasu means he cannot counter it.

Dodging an attack it different from countering an attack. Minato avoiding is not the same as Orochimaru being hit and shedding his skin, removing the affected area/body. Orochimaru is one of the fee he can actually counter this jutsu.

Also, Manda has the means counter amata.
