The problem is no susanoo has been shown to be destroyed, when in its final form. Each susanoo has a layer of armor that protects it from serious damage. The only move right now that I can say will defeat susanoo is dust release. Until the final susanoo of sasuke and the PS form of madara has been destroyed, I can't accurately say what move will destroy it.

If you mean break a part of it then quite a few can do it, some are Obito, Tsunade, 3rd/4th Raikge, Hashirama, Naruto, Sakura, Gai, Onoki, and Danzo.

Destroying it completely is a different story. I'll wait a couple of chapters to see who probably can.

no, Tenpachi didnt destroy countries, it only destroyed the land the ninjas were battling at which was destroyed by hachabi. konoha has been stated to be the biggest village. if you compare the size of konoha and the land which was destroyed by hachabi, konoha would be bigger and yet it was destroyed to pieces by shinra tensie.
