Jiraiya could use the frogs for assistance to not be hit or the frog oil and fire combination he has performed before.
Orchimaru has all those clones and snake substitutions as well as the walls he used against 4 tailed naruto.
Kabuto after seeing his speed and dodging movements in the itachi sasuke fight i would say that alone would left him creep through and dodge
Minato ftg easy enough ether by bouncing around spot to spot or outside the range all together and then back in.
Hashirama has many defenses like the stronger version or he wall/gate defense the Buddha, the wood god or dragon, wood clones (remember is was said that no one could tell a clone from the real thing) or even a mokuton box put around him, there is that tree flower world which would be defense and attach so would the summons.
Saske, Itachi, Madara, Obito: Until proven otherwise susanoo could defend it for the first three. Obito just phases through it. Madara also has those meteors and all have very large scale high powered fire attacks.
Tobirama potentialy ( dont really know much) but similar to minato for evasion.
