Most of K11 barring Hinata, Ino and Tenten. Kiba might lose if conditions favour Tayuya. Every single kage, kage bodyguard, Akatsuki and legendary ninja. I haven't listed others that beat Tayuya like Asuma, for example.

What is this bullshit? Sage Mode enhances everything. There are no exceptions. Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, strength, speed, and reflexes are all enhanced. That includes Tayuya's genjutsu. They needed each other to break out. Nothing else was shown and implied and saying Itachi could while Sasuke couldn't is merely fanfic.

@Bold is the most important part on that quote. Sakon KKG=Share body. Meaning any chakra signal coming through Kabuto's body, can also mold chakra through Sakon's body. Thats it. Maybe I still need to break this down any further?

1. Web= Needed the highest degree of Fire Release (Enton) to destroy it, when Itachi and Sasuke had other "choices" to make.
2. Genjutsu= Partnership, can't do alone.
3. Jirobo's earth= You can't tell through earth release, but manga already implied its boost in strength.
4. Sakon KKG= Had the ability to take another DNA, manipulate it cells, converts and copy's the DNA completely even if the user is KKG user.(This is something Sakon couldn't do with a lesser feat of Senjutsu. The best he can produce with his KKG rely on Curse Mode Boost, and yet couldn't do what I just explained.)
5. Kimimaro= Same Speed Fern (You brought this argument up long time ago that Kabuto's Bones were inferior to the original). Kabuto didn't even go full version with this technique for a reason, to not hurt Sasuke[

Tayuya's second databook entry says no man can beat her. Not unlike Kaguya which makes sense because they both have horns and both their names are spelled similarly. Not to mention they both have AoE genjutsu.
She meddles with them one by one
Curse Seal 1
In "state 1", she plays her flute to work the wrathful ogres. Her character becomes aggressive.
Curse Seal 2
In "state 2", where the head protector ought to be, horns appear. The body's ability is also reinforced.
The sound of the flute manipulates the servants of the lone woman in the group of four!!
The four's woman, the owner of a considerably unique character. By using the flute Tayuya can use Summoning and Genjutsu, and her largest partners, they are her lifeline.
