Even in wheelchair and in rly bad condition he was mostly 1 of the strongest characters there is. in mostly of he's fights we've seen (nagato) coughed blood etc.. in fully health state i see only madara and tobi have changes against him.
(no fan shit, just facts) if u somehow missed the wheelchair,or him coughing blood parts id say re-read.
