Kakashi is far above average, but the same can be said about Guy after he uses the forbidden gates. Kakashi would defeat anyone who doesn't have a ridiculously H4Xed ability or isn't immune to dimension warping. Sasuke might lose to Kakashi if Kakashi really tries. The Sasuke vs. Kakashi fight wasn't really a fight, since it wasn't even finished and Naruto interrupted it.
