Who can beat Itachi?

Who can beat Itachi without sharingan? In other words, who can beat sharingan-less Itachi? I know its like comparing Naruto with other characters in exclusive of Kiyuubi. But for the shake of discussion lets compare a sharinganless Itachi which others whithout their main power.
Example;

• Shikamaru (without shadow jutsus) vs Itachi (without sharingan)
• Hinata (without bykugan) vs Itachi (without sharingan)
• etc..

Heres a list of shinobis that I think can beat Itachi in this case;

• Killer bee (without 8 tails)
• Jiraiya (without SM)
• Kakashi (without MS)
• Guy (he's better in Tai)
• Lee (same as Guy)
• Tsunade (without Medical jutsus)
