Arguably Naruto in his current state, Nagato, Minato, young Hiruzen, Edo Madara, and Tobi. J-man stands a good chance but as mentioned before by some users here he'd have to be in sage mode. Actually , itachi's tsukyomi is diff, to sasuke's, itachi leaves no time for it to be canceled, it lasts 1 second in the real world, and 3 + days in tsukyomi world, not even the 8tails can stop it, because it happens way too fast, he uses it , then they collapse

am your wrong genjutsu will work, only problem is it takes a very high level genjutsu to work on him, you think if B got hit with a genjutsu from shisui he can break that? i dont think so, if shisui genjutsu strong enough to negate impure world then using it in B is no problem at all, also madara controlled the mizukage who was host of the 3 tails

All Hokages. I doubt Tsunade could though.
Nagato full power ~ Nagato stated before if Itachi knew his secret he might beat him.
Sasuke ~ Sasuke can manipulate Amaterasu & has more stamina + EMS now
Naruto ~ He is a beast with even one clone.
Raikage looks like he would've stalemated Sasuke, Maybe he would beat Itachi but I doubt it.

Lmao, amaterasu wasnt directly used against gaara. If it was his sand is no where near fast enough to protect him.

Also you said gaara>susano. Just because he pulled madara out who was distracted by other things (onoki's earth tech and naruto) doesnt mean he beat susano.
