I will give you another advantage, sasuke is restricted and he wont use susano.

Sasuke (no susano) vs Hashi is a slaughter. Hashi beat Madara with PS and there is no way Sasuke>Madara at this point! Pretty sure one of Hashi's wood clones would be enough for current Sasuke.

"Heavily restricted"? I'm not restricting Hashirama at all. It's all about the context. Just because a character has some awesome Jutsu doesn't mean they spam it all the freakin' time. You can't expect Hashi, powerful as he is, to consistently keep using the hand statue and flower tree world as if it won't have any effect on his chakra. And if Kabuto blitzes him and brings it up close and personal, will he have time to summon his large scale techniques? No, he'd focus on close range taijutsu.
