No, common logic says that Kurama wasn't referring to Hagoromo without the bijus, as it was stated to happen on his death bed, so clearly Kurama isn't using that as his power example. The idea is ludicrous.

Here's the facts. Sasuke has a unique rinnegan that's "Half" of the power Madara has. However, he also has a degree of 6 path senjutsu, which means he has a little of the other half. This makes him more than half as strong as Madara. Madara had the rinnegan, but in order to get the other half, he had to use the bijus. However, Sasuke with the moon seal alone is>half of Madara's power. Now, Sasuke put in the power of the bijus into buffing himself as he was with the moon seal. So naturally, current Sasuke is stronger since he was already more than half as strong as Madara and added on a power that gave Madara his other half.

But that Obito still was at the death door, fully charged one is capable of it. He also doesnt need to visit all dimensions to counter one. If he and kaguya would fight he wouldnt even need to use her dimension but his own to avoid attacks etc.

Now you're too set on kaguya spamming attacks but what she has on kamui snipe? Nothing, some may speculate that she can DS from it, but i say she cant, not until she's synced with his dimension at least. And what if he snipes her sharrinegan out, would it regenerate into kaguya or would she grew a new one?
