Hardly anyone to be honest. I'd say Nagato, Madara, Minato, and Hashirama. If Obito has knowledge on FTG lvl 2, there's a good chance that Obito could defeat Minato with Izanagi in his arsenal.

Preta Path. It absorbs chakra without any limits, remember? Kurama would simply act as a huge chakra supplier for Nagato. Not once did I mention Chibaku Tensei.

The only Shinobis who can beat him IMO, are Minato but thats only because he is the only one who can counter his Kamui and unseal Kyuubi, Nagato, Hashirama and Madara,

Their sheer experience would take Obito out. Sage Mode Hashirama could just use Flower Tree World (which would be much larger than the one Edo Madara used) and Obito would be forced to retreat (forfeit), or be knocked out. Naruto was dealing with a much more experienced Obito (current Obito would take Minato from back then).

Obito still got chance to beat Madara, he can Kamui inside his Susano'o and Kamui him, but Nagato can just Shinra Tensei his ass thats for sure.
