I agree with you, Naruto is probably the best person to solo someone in a random encounter. He has super strong close and kurama for support, edo madara couldn't even capture him, despite him thinking he originally would be able to.

Itachi is overrated, the dude had to withdraw in part 1 after using tsukiyomi once. Also disease soloes Itachi any day of the week.
