I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned this yet, but I think Kakashi can counter this

If Tobi tried to warp Kakashi away, he could counter by warping Tobi's head away with Kamui. Since warping something away is proportional to the size of the object, Kakashi would take Tobi's smaller head off with Kamui before Tobi could warp away his entire body. I know Tobi said that Kamui doesn't affect him, but I'm assuming that he was referring to the fact that he could immediately become intangible before Kakashi could hit him. If Tobi tried warping away Kakashi, he would be tangible and therefore Kakashi could actually hit him

Naruto can counter it easily if his in Kyuubi mode since his able to detect KILLING INTENT and/or IMPURE THOUGHTS when his in that mode ,and since it's Tobi there will probably be a hell of alot killing intent

I don't think Naruto would see it coming, if Fu and Torune (two elite root shinobi, and Danzo's bodyguards) didn't, until Torune was already practically gone.

naruto can easily sense anyone while in bijuu mode and his speed is also at the leveal of minato's FTG therefore he can counter it.foo and tourene can't be compared to naruto,naruto is way stronger than both.
