No one here dies except maybe Nagato, and even then I doubt one punch will kill him.
I listed in the OP the punch or the chop but since I think the chop is stronger (since it applies all the blunt force plus the power of Raiton piercing) we'll keep it at that. Still think no ones losing their heads?

How does Madara, Sasuke, Tobirama and Orochimaru survive? Well come to think of it I shouldn't have put Orochimaru since he can canonically take it and grow a new body with Oral Rebirth but let me just ask this, if A hits him, is his head coming off? Also proceed with A using the Lateral Chop, since I think thats stronger.
Do you mean straight tanking the attack?
No. A doesn't automatically get to land a hit of them since none will tank it in my opinion (save for Orochimaru but I explained what I wanted to hear about him above). A will V2 blitz them with the Lateral Chop immediately, the distance between them is 25 meters. They can do whatever they want to defend themselves whether it be ducking, side stepping, activating Susanoo, running away, shinra tensei, etc.
Who will he successfully blitz (and most likely kill since I don't think these guys are tanking his Lateral Chop.)
