During the course of our history, humanity has built and created things that are far more complex than just the pyramids. Somehow that is acceptable, but the pyramids is where you draw the line?

In essence your entire reasoning comes down to this: "I think people were too stupid back then". The reality is they were not, they were far more advanced than you give them credit for and in particular physics and astronomy is something the ancient Egyptians and Greeks excelled in.

And that straight line thing, well in the very best of cases that's a highly forced and subjective observation from a conspiracy theorist. Zoom out far enough and our entire galaxy forms a straight line.
