To me it looks like sasuke broke it w his PS Sword.

Yes he was sheilding naruto in BSM and Naruto plus k12 helped hit obito.

Because it was powered by juugo and naruto. Sasuke could not have done it alone. it was sasuke's blade but it was wielded by both naruto and sasuke, with kurama's chakra and juugo's nature chakra
