I believe he will be able to do the transformation, due to juugo his flesh and chakra that he had been given in bee vs sasuke fight.
However he wont get the mark back.

I still doubt it, but if Sasuke will have a new upgrade (Dark sage mode) he'll need it because it's made of Juugo's cells that passively absorb Sage chakra

nah man he doesnt need it..his got plenty of "power" now. orochimaru only gave the curse mark in order to give his companions "power" ..now that sasuke is rid of it and is plenty strong he does not require the curse mark anymore
