well shippuden means the hurricane cronicles, and what do hurricanes have? wind and water. but if he gets the rinnegan then he can master all 5 chakra natures

The Fuutonj Release can be used for speeding up attacks and for cutting power making the wind element perfect for naruto no other element would prove the resengan with greater assistance that is why kishi has not chosen to give him another element though i guess it would be somewhat refreshing if he learned another element but he should not learn another element just for the sake of it.He should stay true to his character.Not to mention resengan is just condensed chakra it was the fourths incomplete version of a tail beast bomb adding fire just makes it a fire ball and makes it impossible to hold in your hands which would make naruto have to completely change up the way he uses thus said resengan

In the manga kurama has not shown nor has been indicated to use any nature type he simple uses the pure unadulterated yin and yang
in a certain ratio to create massive chakra blast.He has only used elemental attacks in the anime

the resengan is a miniature version of the tailed beast bomb its condensed chakra and in the manga kurama has no nature type so there is
no nine tailed style resengan kurama would definitely power it up to crazy heights but it would just be a more powerful variant of odama resengan
