I hope this isn't directed at me, because I am not a Minato fan, I am just true to the Manga and Minato is one of the strongest shinobi's ever, even if he is not in my top 10. Same counts for Madara Uchiha and Nagato, yet they are not in my top 10.

I choose my favourite Characters not based on their power, but based on their stories and bonds.

The only reason Naruto made my top 10 was because of his bond and story with Jiraiya and the way he was before, during and after Jiraiya's death.

Yeah, when Naruto made Zabuza show his emotions, That was the first time I cried over an anime. That was years ago.

Jiraiya (pervy greatness)
Shikamaru (awesome fights and nihilism)
Danzo (great inner conflict)
Lee (Hard work over innate ability, great mentality even if dumb as a rock)
Anko (possibly the only kunoichi I like)
Kakashi (kakashi gaiden are among my favorite chapters)
Deidara (art is ephemeral, enough said)
Kisame (I dislike his brutishness, but I like he's whole loyalty thing, plus I think he's the only one to commit suicide)
Itachi (who doesn't)
Pa-Pakkun-Darui (cool frog-cool dog-cool guy)
