OT:
Hokage - Tsunade.
Kazekage - Overall i like Gaara's dad the best, but the 3rd seems much more interesting, i'm sure i'd like him best if he had a backstory.
Mizukage - Tie between the 2nd and Mei. They barely have any background so its a tie because i like their designs, abilities and personalities but don't think one is better then the other so...
Tsuchikage - Onoki.
Raikage - Ay.
