Only one person who wasn't the sage ever got rinnagan. It can't be helped if kishi passed it around like a drunk girl at a party, its still only one set.

What ever happen to training to receive a new power-up? I know Sasuke never trained for a power-up cause they were always given but Naruto should have to train because he (before the war) always showed that hard work paid off.

Sasuke never trained? he trained for three years with orochimaru. He trained against deidara, itachi, killer bee, danzo, and the kage. naruto's training comes through a tutor. sasuke's training comes through battle. Who really trained?

actually on the hawk sage mode isn't possible.

sasuke already possesses itachi eyes, so totsuka and yata wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility.

the elder son's dojutsu could be a product of sasuke meeting with the sage( could happen with naruto in their minds)
