If we can perceive it, and it is real to us then that is our reality.
Every person has their own unique mind and their own unique perception and view on things.
We as individuals trust select few, or many, and we can confirm what we see. and hear, and feel based off of the people around us, who also have their own perspectives. This is how we know that what we see and feel is real, because we are not alone. We may be falsely led to a sense of security because of this but thats how all humans feel.

We humans, as a society, have established a kind of reality that is accepted as correct. What could be considered as reality by one could be an illusion to another. Reality is a very subjective thing in some places, though in others it is an unchangeable object. We all understand our own reality, but we cannot understand those of others, as each person's reality is their own, their own world.

I'm not sure what you mean by reality? If you can think, then you exist. What we know fundamentally is that we exist in a reality.

Is this a reality a matrix, a dream, or simply in an isolated system is still up for debate and many theories exist on the subject.
