OT: Strongest one there is obviously BM Choji. He beat an Edo. Naruto hasn't done that. xd
errr.... either yamato or kakashi. but if anyone says tsunade, imagine all of them fighting the first thing that will come in their minds is to kill of the strongest, that being tsunade (probable danzo's idea) then image them wiping each other out 1 by 1

1- Naruto (No explanation)
2- Kakashi (Held his own against Obito and the 6 jin's, a feat no current kage could have done)
3- Tsunade/Gai (One of the kages to give Madara some trouble even that didn't budge him for a second)
4- Gai/Tsunade (Same as Kakashi but he was like backed up by others)
5- Yamato (Still haven't shown his full potential and rivals higher jonins of Konoha)

Neji strongest on his own skill.
biased to include Danzo but exclude Neji.
