I was going to answer until you said kakashi, when hes the least overrated person ever. Besides 1 borrowed sharigan he mastered without genetics of some superior clan, kakashi literally is the strongest without borrowing genes/inheriting them directly.

OT: I wouldn't say Overrated, they are just to OP like really. Look back at Naruto part 1. how you had to do like 10 handsigns and name the jutsu, now it's like 1 handsign and first name of the jutsu. They fought like ninjas in part one now they fight like DBZ hahaha miss part one......
