As for the others you mentioned, I don't hate them but there are still a lot of haters of them in NB.

Some people hate Minato so I wouldn't say he's up there. J-man is like the only character in NV who's likable and not hateable. I've only seen one example where this isn't the case.

All the other fodders who don't contribute much to the plot can't really be hated as well since we haven't seen much of them.
