Who are the best trackers in Konoha?

The Aburames, the Inuzukas, Kakashi's ninken...

I feel like some of them seem OP at times and then suddenly the manga would pull an "oh no, it started raining!" shtick, so I'm not really sure which techniques are the best.

And shadow clones have scents and the same amount of chakra and all that jazz, right? Would that make Naruto super hard to find if he ran off?

the best trackers are the inuzukas, i think they are the police force now that the uchihas are gone

Kiba tracked Sasuke from multiple countries away. He was the reason that Sakura was able to find him in the land of iron. So I would have to say Inuzuka's. Also whenever someone needs to be tracked Kiba seems to be the go to person.

I mean the fact that he was not surprised by Minato's appearance at all says something for that, plus he tracked down Sasuke, Kakashi and Sakura at the Land of Iron in Sage Mode.

Kiba would probably be next. Even though he's not a sensor, his nose can go beyond the reach of most, which is why I'm assuming he was used to track Sasuke during the various missions.

Inuzuka clan, Kakashi's hounds, Jiraiya, Yamato, Anko, Tobirama.. The list goes on cuz there's quite a few shinobis and clans that excel in tracking but lets not forget the anbu black ops seeing as quite a few of their missions are to track missing nin and either kill em or return em back to the village. Although it wouldn't surprise me if the Inuzuka Clan were top dog in that field.
