BZ didn't betray Madara Sama. He is honestly carrying out Madara's will to the fullest extent

More Examples created and corrupted systems off of his will alone
He Corrupted the Hidden Mist to chase Rin back to Konaha to unleash Isobu while he was old of course it's obvious BZ is the one who helped put the seal on her heart now

I I'm not mistaken if madz is about to change into kaguya witch i doubt it's possible he's being subdued to his own will and is just being absorbed by it. He might posses the same body but is being controlled by BZ . Andwhile inside watching his will be so disgustingly evil and wrong, he'll then change over to Naruto's side for awhile and fight BZ from the inside and in the end somehow get himself sealed in the tools near Ten-Ten's location.
