And yeah he actually was hurting people....that falcon kick threw Bee and Naruto way back into a wall...they broke a good bit of wall.
He stabbed into Bee when both were in BM.

He actually resisted control. Wish he got to use actual Jutsu as opposed to Steam Enhances awesometasticness.

Still....one does not simply overlook a Falcon Kick
