Damn this is a tough one. Maybe Yamato isn't that bad. He has bags and his eyes are massive so we can't really see the rest.

According to the pics Yamato aged so much his face protector did too. Kurenai lost her eye colour, Ay went bald, Iruka is nearly all skull and Gai is starting to look like a raisin with a beatles wig.

Ima say Iruka, wasn't he younger than the other adults when Naruto was a kid? Now he looks like he is doing meth and hasn't eaten in weeks.
