White Zetsu Problem?

If the white zetsu were of people who had been previously been turned into them, why are the zetsu so weak I mean if Naruto was ever turned into a zetsu and a random fodder, they will both turn out the same in strength and skill even though Naruto is stronger.

Why cant 1 zetsu be stronger than another since they need a human vessle to be created, didnt Kaguya think of this?

black zetsu is strong,same with spiral zetsu....the rest are fodders

Who knows. Maybe kaguya had a way to power them up. Kabuto was able to enhance them. Imagine what kaguya could've done.

Their chakra has been sucked out

Their chakra is absorbed through the shinju to make the chakra fruit. They are just an empty shell following blindly at that point.

Well back then, not much people can use chakra let alone a ninjustu. So they're fodders in a sense to the point that all they can do is absorb chakra and increase in numbers.

But thanks to Madara's accident, these Zetsu's ended up being released from Gedo mazou by Hashirama's artificial tissue giving them mokuton on a weaker scale.

So SZ gained Shinsuunju and original whie zetsu gained wood human/golem
