Whis : he is currently considered the most powerful character in Dragon Ball Z. His power exceeds that of the God of Destruction Beerus, who easily defeated Super Saiyan 3 Goku, Super Saiyan Gotenks, Ultimate Gohan, Mr. Buu, and a fully-powered Vegeta. According to the series' original author Akira Toriyama, in terms of power, Goku as a Super Saiyan God would be a 6, Beerus would be a 10, and Whis would be a 15.

It is more of a force than a person but can take any shape it chooses. When talking to and teasing Sentry it normally uses human form. It is capable of destroying Earth, if not the entire universe.

Besides showing his god like powers off by one-shotting Solaris, and re-creating Krypton and Lois he is practically feat less. However, because of the way that sundipping works we can estimate how powerful this Superman really is.
