i personally think that the ranges should stick to what the jutsu list says, and use it appropriately AFTER the jutsu list is updated.

hasashi did the same thing in his fight with Kirabi. in the end its not the wiki that decides what the jutsu do it the designer of the jutsulist. Furthermore the J.L. and the wiki can be wrong.
