I think if I Kamui every single piece I have to carry, I'll end up more exhausted than if I just do it myself, so SM.

There is also Doton: Keijūgan no Jutsu which Onoki happens to show multiple times, manipulating the density of objects and making it lighter. I this case i would choose kamui.
