[Discussion] Which & Why?

Of the two protagonists in the Naruto Storyline which have now ended, which one is your favorite and why is he your favorite? What about him makes you prefer him as a character over the other? In other words, who do you prefer and why, Naruto or Sasuke? Personally, I wouldn't say I prefer either one. I have always had a liking for Sasuke based on his design and his realistic view on life, as well as his past story. However, I have also had a liking for Naruto because of his un-realistic view of reality that greatly aligns with my own view. Sasuke has the realistic view which I naturally carry, though Naruto has the view of which I wish I had naturally. I work hard to be there for people I care for, and to never give up, something that isn't always as easy at times. I prefer Sasuke's design over Naruto for several reasons, I love his hairstyle and I've always had a thing for anime/manga characters with powers that originate from their eyes. (Such as Lelouch from Code Geass.) Beyond that, I love sword-users and Sasuke's character is something I can recognize myself in. Though Naruto's later designs, when he first cooperated with Kurama and gained the coat looked amazing. Beyond that, Naruto's story and view is something I can partly relate to and I wish to share a few traits with his character in the sense of how he is towards his friends. I have never had a real interest in either character as my favorite, they both have cons and pros. That is why I cannot honestly answer this question directly, so I'll leave my answer as both. Now what is your answer? I'd like to know, mainly to see who has the more "active" fanbase on here these days. (That and I am generally interested in why people like a certain person, thing or character.)

Sasuke is deuteragonist.

Naruto is the protagonist.

And to answer is your question, Naruto is my favorite. He is selfless, altruistic, funny. His SM, BM, RM designs looks awesome. Overall my type of character.

Sasuke is totally the opposite. He never appealed to me and he never will.

Lol jk..! xD I'd have to say that I'd prefer Naruto in his personality and attributes/ ways of doing things and Sasuke in terms of his ability and appearance/ cool attitude.. Lol.

You know, willingly placing "problems" in a text is normally funny on forums. But Narutobase has a liking to ignore a thread completely because of a separate issue. As I said, I am after to see which fanbase is most "active". If you can figure out what I mean by that, then do that, if not then continue as you and prove my theory right.

Sasuke is not protagonist. in naruto only naruto is protagonist. even bolt is not a main character.

I always like naruto's character more than sasuke.
I liked the theme of naruto earning powers through hard work.His SM, KCM, BM, BSM, RM are great in terms of strength and looks.

Sasuke's rinnegan is also good
