Who has really done the worst out of all the villains? Close tie between Oro/Kabuto and Obito for me. I do not count Kabuto anymore. He is inactive as a villain.

Out of the current group, Oro seems to be the least likely. I cannot picture him becoming good or helping the world. Oro and Obito did really the worst but Oro had no true acceptable reason. That's why Obito might at least die in a way that he finds his peace.

Sasuke messed alot of things up but he looks like the one Kishi attempts to change. He might help now but doesn't mean he is truly happy and redeemed.

I do not think Tobirama has to be redeemed. As long as we hear something else, he hasn't done anything super bad, even if his actions caused alot of the current problems.

Oh and the last one in the group, he is only a zombie. He already died before and now he is a mere watcher that sees his plans failing. Only thing left for him to do is either being sealed or redeeming himself. There could be alot of reasons for this to happen. Think about it. I do believe he is only there for historical purpose or to be the obstacle that measures other characters' abilities. That happened in the kage battle. Now it's historical purpose I think. We'll see.
