We know that shikamaru dad and ino dad were located in konoha or the lightning vallage?We know that the juubi eliminate the town they were located along with them.If the juubi destroy konoha with TBB then that mean sasuke plan have already accomplish.This mean sasuke will just have to find the elders location.This also mean sasuke will have to evade other villages to find the elders.
