We have speed feats of Madara's Susanoo running after Hashirama and crossing considerable distances, but I don't think that alone is enough to rule out the potential speed of Sasuke's Susanoo.

i give this to sasuke since it was fast enough to dodge naruto tbb but madara sasuno soloed a freaking mountain which was 4-5 km away from the ps so its hard to tell

Its the exact same jutsu and speed isn't even one of its noticeable features... Why should one be faster than the other? Its not like it would matter anyway.
Sasuke's PS is possibly stronger though.

Id say sasukes is faster while madaras is more destructive, and possibly larger.
