Which version of Sasuke is stronger?

Which would you say is stronger and why of these two Sasuke's:​

Basically, Sasuke with the cloak in that Susano-o or Sasuke without the cloak with Perfect Susano'o. Also which one do you think would give BM Naruto a harder fight?​

A two minute difference isn't going to get Sasuke any stronger. They're the same strength.

Whats the point of this thread? Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o is obviously stronger than his V3 Susano'o.

I don't think the Kyuubi Cloak really did anything to Sasuke's Susano'o.

Sasuke's Chakra was already very powerful and much larger compared to each of the ninja in the Shinobi Alliance, so the effect of Naruto's Kurama Cloak was minimal at best. Actually, I can't see Kishimoto portray them as rivals if Sasuke needed a Kurama Cloak to even keep up, so Sasuke's PS was stronger than his "Kurama" Enhanced V3 Susano'o.
