Adult Naruto is obviously stronger. The only visible difference is the lack of Truth-Seeking Spheres. Adult Naruto has both halves of Kurama though and still has access to the other tailed beasts since the nine-tails can call meetings to share chakra and what-not.

I think The Last naruto is stringer since he's trained to use up his powers better over the years

Well if we go by the impression that Naruto didn't use his full power in the last, then the last Naruto should be more powerful. RSM>BSM or whatever mode he used in the Last.

I'm a Sasuke fan, and I could tell Naruto wasn't using his full power. Unless your telling me he lost the mode for no reason. Even though Hago told Kurama he had to manage the meeting place, why would he tell them that if the bijuu power were only temporary?
