The EMS allows the usage of Mangekyo techniques without drainage of Chakra. Since already the normal sized Susanoo consumes quantities of Chakra (Sasuke talked about pain in each of its cells after using former stages of Susanoo), it seems impossible that ones Chakra could care the usage of such a massive Chakra entity if it's not declared with the EMS' property to carry the usage.

Do you have manga proof of the bolded/highlighted claims?
One would automatically assume that perfect susano consumes even more chakra than incomplete susano because it's so much bigger and chakra concentrated

Ems. Rinnegan is only useful with a senju body like Madara, Obito and Nagato had.

I agree, there is that strong body/chakra requirement for using rinnegan.

However assuming his body is compatible and able to utilize full potential of Rinnegan and EMS, which one would you vote? =D

In the fight with Kabuto Sasuke used Amaterasu alot along with Susanoo without showing any sign of fatigue.EMS probaly reduces the ammount of chakra that those techniques use and reduces the strain on the eyes and body.

The only one known to have taken the brothers eyes were Madara and Sasuke at a time where the choice wasn't great. Taking the brothers eyes had something symbolic too. Nevertheless all clansmen are brethren and blood relatives.

It could just be sasuke's mastery over Amaterasu or because there is not much eye strain because of the eye not becoming blind every time he uses it. That is no indication that there is no drainage of chakra every time he uses sharingan techs. =D

Limits of capacity in the manga panel just means that there is no limit of how many times you can use ns techniques, since the light in the eyes will never perish.
Like I was saying this doesn't indicate without drainage of chakra.

I agree what we know so far is that ems was only unlocked because they had obtained their brothers eyes, family members

Madara's brother was about to die and bequeathed his eyes to him so Madara can use them to protect the Uchiha clan. Taking his brothers eyes, a part of Izuna would metaphorically be with Madara and latter would use the powers his brother left to him to protect his clan. It's also something symbolical to take his brothers eye and contain a part of him in himself.

All the Uchiha are blood relatives with the Sharingan, so why it shouldn't be allowed to take the Mangekyo from an other Uchiha to fuse it with his own.
