Which Uchiha would be Over Powered if their Mangekyou Sharingan evolved to Rinnengan?

Lets say if somehow any Uchiha with Mangekyou Sharingan evolves to Rinnengan who would be overpowered? The Uchiha would have access to both Sharingan and Rinnengan powers.

Madara was able to use Susano with no eye and 1 Rinnengan eye no problem at all. Sasuke is able to use his Rinnengan and Sharingan techniques.

Nagato only had access to the Rinnengan powers but not the Sharingan powers, while Obito only had access to Madara Rinnengan but not Madara Mangekyou Sharingan like Susano.

Nagato could control both Rinnegan easily. Obito couldn't even control 1 because the chakra from it was too strong.

Nagato is the only one with the best abilities out of the bunch.
