Which Uchiha would be OP by evolving his/her Mangekyou Sharingan to Rinnengan Tomoes?

I was wondering which Uchiha would be OP by evolving his Mangekyou Sharingan to Rinnengan Tomoe? Here are the known Uchiha:

Indra [Not technically Uchiha but still has Sharingan]
Itachi
Obito
Shisui
Sarada
Izuna

I won't include Madara since he got Rinnengan, which can use MS jutsu like Susano. Madara never shown his other 2 MS jutsu even when he had MS and EMS.

Even though madara was assume as character indra should have got the rinnegan and been center of fourth war, he probably wasn't since he was introduced so late in the series.

This is hilarious. Rinnegan "tomoes"? Seriously?

Beware. Sasuke's Rinnegan isn't any different from others. He has the 6 Paths just like all the others. The reason his attacks were somewhat powerful is because he temporarily had the power of the Sage. Sure, the tomoes basically give you teleportation, but in that case, the question should be "which Uchiha would be more powerful with instant movement?" rather than with "Rinnegan tomoes" which obviously are not a factor.

Indra easily since he already was born with a part of hago's chakra then u give him the real thing and he'd easily be above Sasuke no problem at all.

2) Obito due to probably getting a even faster Kamui hax and kamui ameno fusion maybe?

3) Itachi/shisui due to solo glance prowess being way above SAsuke so ultimate genjutsu hax.
