in 200 years after boruto manga events NV poeple look back at their history and have to select TWO uchiha clan members as strongest of all time...will there be a universal agreement?!?! and who would this members be!??!?

Uchiha Sakura? Madara!??! Mikoto?!?! there's a lot of choice so choose wisely and explain ur reasons why ur two are above everyone else

In terms of strength: Juubidara > Juubito > Sasuke > Madara > Obito
In terms of what the shinobi world thinks: Madara. Not many people know of Sasuke since he does all his missions in top secrecy. The most that they know of him is that he was an S-Rank criminal at one point who stormed the Kage Summit and killed Danzo. I'm not sure how much they know of him during the war, but Madara was top 2 fighters of all time for most of his life and solo'd the army.
