Which Uchiha clan member would make the best leader?

All three of these guys are clearly very strong so there is no point arguing that.
However which of them would make the best leader for the clan? Who would have the mot dedication and care for the protection and safety of the clan. All three are clearly strong enough to be heads but it is their leadership skills I am questioning.
They also all have my badass seal of approval for leadership role

But he's still the best candidate. That's kind of sad, if you think about it.

Itachi is probably the favorite but is he really the type of person that is capable of putting the clan above all else. As is parents said, he is a bit gentle, Itachi hasn't demonstrated much leadership skill yet. I don't even know if his devotion would be strong enough

Well I guess there was no point in even putting a poll, Itachi is going to run away with this one.
But I will try to make a case for Sasuke.
I believe his love for the clan is the strongest out of all three, he has demonstrated this, even swearing revenge towards his entire village just to avenge his clan. Would Itachi ever do something like this for the clan?

Sasuke- Can be easily influanced.... but his current mentality holds potential.
Itachi- Has too many mental scars, possibly disturbed.
Madara- Too emotional and very arrogant.
Shisui- We know too little.
Izuna- Know less than Shisui.
Fugaku- Has exp, intelligent and calm.

As far as I know my vote goes for Fugaku....
