Actually at least with kakashi you can to an extent see what he does.
Itachi's nobody has yet to see, including sharingan user's. When you can weave it in the midst of a sennin modo and ems user and neither noted when it was created you know you are special. Need not even talk about part 1

i dont get why people are saying madara, he has only appeared in one special thing against hashirama where hashirama probably does faster hand seals, just becuase he has the sharingan doesnt mean he is one of the quickest at making hand seals

Damn mustv'e hit a nerve.

Reason Hiruzen is there is firstly because in the DB he has a 5.
His hype for mastery of ninjutsu which gave him professor would mean that he practices ninjutsu alot therefore you'd expect his seals to be very good and no wonder he got a 5. Though yes i see what you are saying, however knwoing Hiruzen's scores is why i added him.
