If you are talking about range and destructive power then c4 wins easily deidaras bomb destroyed a much larger area and it eradicated everything shins tension only flattened the land t c4 left a crater so I'd go with c4

hmmm ..... do you know the size of konoha (in KM of course) ?? coz if you do, can you share it with us ??. you see the only thing we know about that monster shinra tensei was that it wiped konoha out, so in order for you to say that deidara's C0 was bigger you have to know how big konoha is (again in KM). so ......
