Definitely Team Naruto. Madara doesn't care about the Kage anymore, so the danger has potentially died down a little.
Team Naruto however, is fighting Tobi and the Juubi is being summoned right in front of them :/

Idk men..you have team kage with chakra that is probably about to run out and im pretty sure they'll still wanna fight madara..and then you have naruto's team who honestly look in better shape than kages and will fight not only tobi which is >> madara but juubi too..but Naruto has plot so yes team kage one of them will inevitably die unless kishi trolls madara.
