Pre-Shippuden Team Seven with Kakashi, Naruto, Sasuke & Sakura:
Post-Shippuden Team Seven with Kakashi, Yamato, Naruto, Sakura & Sai:
Team Taka with Sasuke, Karin, Jugo & Suigetsu:
Team Seven Reunited:
Personally, I enjoyed watching pre-Shippuden Team Seven the most. This was way back long ago, when Kakashi was a boss (still is) and the rest were all kids who were trying to adapt in the real ninja world. The teamwork/cooperation aspect of the team wasn't as good as Team Taka since the three genins weren't quite ready for the real world and Naruto's rivalry with Sasuke changed the dynamics of a team. However, that's what made it interesting. Naruto was striving to become a better shinobi than Sasuke and vice-versa. The rivalry was always there and still exists today but that was the moment when the two really decided to become a better ninja than the other. That doesn't mean they didn't cooperate well with each other. In fact, during the Zabuza arc there were times when they did show great teamwork e.g. when they saved Kakashi from Zabuza's water-prison technique or something. I also recall the scene of Sasuke carrying Naruto's worn-out body back after an intense training session. They were smiling with each other after a good work-out, despite their rivalry, which conveys the strength of the bond the two once shared with each other.
Even though we didn't get to see much of the team due to Sasuke's departure, I still thoroughly enjoyed watching the three kids grow into becoming more mature ninjas. Plus, those were the days when they were throwing shurikens and doing some kicks and punches. It made it a whole lot more interesting because the power level between Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura weren't relatively far off, meaning you knew each one of them could actually play a role in a difficult situation (the current Team Seven isn't really Team Seven since Sakura and Kakashi can't really do much now). And man, those times when Kakashi came to their rescue and kicked some asses were bloody awesome. Such a badass sensei.
