Which tailed beast is the strongest. I mean does the more tails make them more powerful? If not: could you please share you ipinions and reasons why they are the most powerful.

Um the manga quote wasn't referencing power in the same way you mean.

Number of tails does mean more chakra. That is also a manga fact. People tend to try and twist the words to mean different things but when it comes down to it, number of tails = strength, or at least amount of chakra.

The 8-tails just said that because more chakra doesn't always make a person stronger. Take Naruto, he got beat by Sasuke in Part 1 and he had way way more chakra than Sasuke could dream of.

In terms of battle, I assume that the tailed beasts would have their advantages and disadvantages amongst themselves like any other ninja, but for raw strength # of tails is the end all be all.

Why not have Head, Eyes or Horns to indicate power... of all things why Tails??
